I am developing a "service project" for students. Many high school students need about 40 hours of service as volunteers. One way (during a pandemic) is to do the hours at home. Why not recruit teenagers to be TEMPORARY FOSTER PARENTS of cats and kittens? This program was designed by a high school teacher.
